Chances are if you’re here, you are looking to find some form of healing or rehabilitation of your pelvic and lower abdominal area, also known as your sacral space. Our sacral space is home to our uterus, our womb, our sacred cauldron. It is our sacred space. This is also where we hold a lot of our pain and trauma. The trauma can be from pregnancy, child birth, abdominal surgery, hysterectomy or it can be sexual trauma. Whatever the reason for the trauma is, it needs healing. Using principles of Pilates and my experience working with women over the years, I have created different programs to help you find the healing you need.

Why Pilates? Because Pilates is the only exercise system that focuses on the deep stabilising muscles, especially the pelvic floor and the deep abdominal muscles. These deeper muscles are the ones that need the most rehabilitation after pregnancy, hysterectomy or any abdominal surgeries. In Pilates, these muscles are the basis of the whole method. This is exactly why Pilates is the ideal foundation for our rehabilitation programs. All the different programs are under the products section.
