Connecting To Your Core 101 is the foundation of everything you need to know to start strengthening your core. It is lesson 1 from my Mama Core Restore program.
Mama Core Restore
Mama Core Restore is specially designed to help mums:
- connect with their pelvic floor muscles and learn to strengthen them properly and safely
- build up strength in their deeper abdominal muscles
- reduce recti diastasis
- ease lower back pain
- relief tight neck and shoulders
- alleviate pelvic pain (SI Joint pain and pubic symphysis)

Healing after hysterectomy
Hysterectomy. It is a major surgery and all major surgeries need specific rehabilitation after. Energetically speaking, where the uterus sits is our sacral space. Our sacral space is our creative hub, connection to our feminine energy. Physically, the uterus is a major organ and when this major organ is removed, the muscles around it have to work harder to keep the pelvis stable. This program has been designed specially to help women who have gone through hysterectomy to strengthen their core and stabilise their pelvis and spine. We are all unique and everyone’s journey with hysterectomy is going to be different. This program gives you the flexibility to work at your own pace while listening to your body. There are 10 lessons in this program for you to do at your pace.

I am a firm believer that mental health is just as important as our physical health.They are both related because what we hold in our mental and emotional bodies, will manifest in our physical bodies. That is why it is really important that we work through our emotions and heal through any mental and emotional trauma or grief. This belief is what led me to create this weekly journal.
